By accessing or using Comverse, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the platform.
2. Description of Service
Comverse is a knowledge commerce platform that enables creators to publish and sell educational content in the form of workshops, collections, and bundles. Learners can discover and purchase this content through the marketplace.
3. User Accounts
- You must sign in using a valid Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
- You must not share your account credentials with others or use another person's account.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
4. Creator Responsibilities
As a creator on Comverse, you agree to:
- Only publish content you own or have rights to distribute.
- Not publish misleading, harmful, or illegal content.
- Accurately describe your workshops, collections, and bundles.
- Honour commitments to learners who have purchased your content (e.g., attending scheduled sessions).
5. Purchases and Payments
- All purchases are processed securely via Cashfree. Comverse does not store your payment card details.
- Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Once a purchase is confirmed and access has been granted, refunds are not available unless the content is materially misrepresented.
6. Intellectual Property
Content published by creators remains the intellectual property of the respective creator. By purchasing content, learners receive a personal, non-transferable licence to access it. Redistribution, reproduction, or resale of purchased content is strictly prohibited.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform.
- Scrape, copy, or systematically download content without permission.
- Impersonate another person or entity.
- Interfere with the platform's operation or security.
8. Limitation of Liability
Comverse is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
